Accessibility Statement

1. Our Commitment

SoulLock.gg wants the Service to be usable by as many people as possible, including players who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or browser zoom. We aim to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as a target, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.

2. What We Do

Measures currently in place across the SoulLock.gg website include:

• Semantic HTML and ARIA labels on interactive controls (buttons, menus, dialogs)
• Full keyboard navigation with a clearly visible focus indicator
• Text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images, such as hero and item icons
• Respect for the operating system's "reduce motion" preference — animations and transitions are minimized when you enable it
• A dark theme designed for readable text contrast, and a responsive layout that supports browser zoom and a range of screen sizes

3. Known Limitations

We are honest about where the Service falls short and are working to improve these areas:

• Some dense data views — large match tables and statistical grids — are not yet fully optimized for screen-reader navigation.
• The optional desktop app's in-game overlay is a visual gameplay aid and is not designed for screen-reader use.
• Embedded third-party content (such as advertising and Discord widgets) is outside our direct control and may not meet the same standards.

We have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so this statement reflects our own assessment and goals rather than certified conformance.
