Pro is the optional paid tier of SoulLock. Player lookup, the hero tier list, live match tracking and private player lists stay free. Pro adds deeper analytics, removes ads and helps pay for the servers.
The free profile tells you what happened: games, win rate, KDA, most-played heroes. Pro analytics are built to answer why. The win-rate trend plots your results over time so a slump shows up as a slope rather than a feeling. Per-hero deep dives break each hero out by game count, win rate, KDA and how those have moved, so you can tell a hero you are genuinely good on from one you simply play a lot. The best-time-to-play heatmap groups your games by day of the week and hour and shows where your win rate is highest, which for most players is a narrower window than they expect. Tilt and momentum tracking looks at how your results change after a loss and after a win, which is the honest measure of whether one more game is a good idea.
Nobody can see who flagged them on SoulLock or what was written. SoulLock counts, without names, how many Lists a player is on as a like or a dislike, and a player liked by enough people gets a public Well-Liked badge. Pro shows you your own totals: how many Lists your account appears on, and how that splits between liked and disliked. It never shows names or notes, or anything that points back to who flagged you.
$1.99 per month, or $14.99 per year (about 37% cheaper than monthly). Payments are processed by Stripe; SoulLock never sees or stores your card details.
Pro renews automatically every month at $1.99 USD (or every year at $14.99 USD) until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings > Manage Subscription; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, except where the law requires a refund. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of the Terms, we refund the unused part of any prepaid Pro period. Deleting your account cancels Pro immediately and forfeits the rest of the period. Available in the United States and Canada. By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel in Settings > Manage Subscription; you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.
Is Pro per Steam account? No. Pro follows your SoulLock login, so if you have claimed several Steam accounts under one login (a main and an alt, say), all of them get Pro. Claiming a profile is required before subscribing.
Which payment methods work? All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Does Pro give me anything in the desktop app? The ad-free experience, the analytics and text alerts. The live timers and Item Watch are free, and Pro does not gate any in-match feature.
