Pro is the optional paid tier of SoulLock. Everything that makes the site useful — player lookup, the hero tier list, live match tracking, private player lists — stays free. Pro adds depth, removes ads, and keeps the project running.
The free profile tells you what happened: games, win rate, KDA, most-played heroes. Pro analytics are built to answer why. The win-rate trend plots your results over time so a slump shows up as a slope rather than a feeling. Per-hero deep dives break each hero out by game count, win rate, KDA and how those have moved, so you can tell a hero you are genuinely good on from one you simply play a lot. The best-time-to-play heatmap groups your games by day of the week and hour and shows where your win rate is highest, which for most players is a narrower window than they expect. Tilt and momentum tracking looks at how your results change after a loss and after a win, which is the honest measure of whether one more game is a good idea.
Player lists on SoulLock are private by design, and nobody ever sees who flagged them or what was written. Pro shows you the one aggregate that is safe to show: how many lists your own account appears on, and how that splits between liked and disliked. No names, no notes, no way to trace it back to anyone.
$1.99 per month, or $14.99 per year (about 37% cheaper than monthly). Payments are processed by Stripe; SoulLock never sees or stores your card details.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in your account settings; access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.
Is Pro per Steam account? No. Pro follows your SoulLock login, so if you have claimed several Steam accounts under one login (a main and an alt, say), all of them get Pro. Claiming a profile is required before subscribing.
What is the free messaging limit? Free accounts can send five direct messages a day; Pro removes the cap. Reading and replying is never limited.
Which payment methods work? All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe.
Does Pro give me anything in the desktop app? The ad-free experience and the analytics both carry over. The live timers, overlay and Item Watch are free for everyone and always will be; Pro does not gate any live-game feature.
