Most Deadlock trackers show you one page of a player's recent matches from a shared API, which leaves gaps: games the API has not ingested yet, and every game on an account whose match history is set to private. SoulLock keeps its own complete per-player match store and fills it match-side rather than player-side, so private accounts are covered and a profile's win rate is computed over all of its games rather than a lucky or unlucky slice. The desktop app closes the last gap by reporting the match IDs you actually played, straight from your own client, so a fresh account fills in on the day it starts playing.
Deadlock's balance changes often, and a hero's win rate from three patches ago says little about the hero you will face tonight. Every tier list, hero page and profile filter here segments by balance patch, with the current patch as the default view and the previous one a click away, so a meta shift shows up the week it happens rather than being averaged into a season of stale data.
The List is the feature SoulLock was built around: flag a player you would queue with again, or one you would rather not, add a note, and the next time they show up in your lobby the flag is there before the match starts. Lists are private to you. There are no public reviews and no reputation scores, because public ratings turn into harassment tools; nobody can see who flagged them or what was written. If you play on more than one account, the accounts can share a single list, so a note written on your main is waiting for you on your alt.
Deadlock does not need you at the keyboard to put you in a match, so a queue you walked away from can start without you. Link a Discord account and SoulLock sends you a message the moment your lobby forms, which in practice is about a minute before the match actually starts. Subscribers can have it as a text message instead. The alert comes from the desktop app noticing the queue end on your own machine, so it fires whether or not the match is one the public APIs can see.
The free Windows app adds what a website cannot: an exact match clock read from the game itself, objective timers that fire on the real second, an in-game overlay, live Unstable Rift detection that names the lane before the announcement, and Item Watch, which plays a sound the moment an enemy buys an item you asked to be warned about. It is read-only, opt-in, and explained in full in the privacy policy before you turn it on. SoulLock is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.
